Zeron 100 is a high-alloy super duplex stainless steel developed by Rolled Alloys. It is suitable for corrosive environments and has high resistance to strong alkalis and non-oxidizing acids. In addition, it has the characteristics of high strength, good impact resistance, and good toughness. This alloy has better resistance to corrosion fatigue and erosion corrosion than any other stainless steel grade, so it is the material of choice for many industries. Zeron 100 is added with copper, which can resist various concentrations of sulfuric acid. The alloy has excellent resistance to chloride and sulfide stress corrosion cracking under acid gas conditions.
